दिल्ली एनसीआर की तर्ज पर # पटना एससीआर का भी विकास होगा. पटना एससीआर में नौबतपुर, बिहटा, कोईलवर-कुल्हड़िया, दिघवारा, सोनपुर और हाजीपुर को राजधानी क्षेत्र के तहत विकसित किया जाएगा.

बिहार की राजधानी पटना का अब दिल्ली एनसीआर जैसे ही विकास होगा.
जानकारी कि मुताबिक दिल्ली एनसीआर की तर्ज पर पटना एससीआर का भी विकास होगा. पटना एससीआर में नौबतपुर, बिहटा, कोईलवर-कुल्हड़िया, दिघवारा, सोनपुर और हाजीपुर को राजधानी क्षेत्र के तहत विकसित किया जाएगा.
इन सभी जिलों के विकास के लिए राज्य सरकार पटना रिंग रोड बनाने के लिए तैयार है. इस रिंग रोड का खाका दिल्ली आउटर रिंग रोड की तरह ही बना है. आपको बता दें कि इसके एलाइनमेंट पर एनएचएआई और राज्य की पूर्ववर्ती नीतीश सरकार के बीच सहमति बन चुकी थी.
इसका निर्माण केंद्र सरकार को करना था और ज​मीन अधिग्रहण का राज्य सरकार को करना था. किसी कारण से यह मामला अटका हुआ था. उप मुख्यमंत्री तेजस्वी यादव ने एलाइनमेंट की समीक्षा करने और जमीन अधिग्रहण की जिम्मेवारी राज्य सरकार द्वारा वहन करने की जानकारी केन्द्रीय सड़क परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी दी है.
अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है कि पटना रिंग रोड पर 2500 करोड़ रुपए खर्च होंगे. इस रोड की लंबाई पौने दो सौ किलोमीटर होगी. पटना के ड्राफ्ट मास्टर प्लान से जोड़कर रिंग रोड का एलाइनमेंट बनाया गया है. रिंग रोड में 78 किमी. नेशनल हाईवे, 51 किमी. स्टेट हाईवे और एमडीआर, 37 किमी. नया एलाइनमेन्ट और करीब 9 किलोमीटर में सरकारी जमीन का किेया जाना हैं.
इसी एलाइनमेंट में ही नया कोईलवर 4 लेन महासेतु, आरा-छपरा गंगा सेतु और गंडक सेतु शामिल है. गंगा एक्सप्रेस वे और एम्स-दीघा एलिवेटेड इससे जुड़ेगा. पटना-बख्तियारपुर, पटना-रांची, पटना-गया, पटना-बक्सर, पटना-छपरा और पटना-मुजफ्फरपुर हाईवे रिंग रोड से जुड़ेगा.

पटना : बिहार के दरभंगा जिले में रविवार को लगी भीषण आग में कम से कम तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई जबकि हजारों की संख्या में घर जलकर खाक हो गए।
मीडिया रिपोर्टों के मुताबिक इस भीषण आग में कई गांवों के 1000 से ज्यादा घर जलकर खाक हो गए जबकि कम से कम तीन लोगों की कथित रूप जलकर मौत हो गई। दमकल की गाड़ियां आग बुझाने में जुटी हैं। एक महीने के भीतर आग की यह तीसरी बड़ी घटना है।
बिहार सरकार ने पीड़ित परिजनों को चार लाख रुपए का मुआवजा देने की घोषणा की है। एक सप्ताह पहले एक कार्यक्रम के दौरान लगी आग में करीब एक दर्जन लोग मारे गए।
गत 16 अप्रैल को रोहतास जिले में एक पेट्रोल पंप में आग लग गई थी।

नीतीश कुमार जैसा ‘कलाकार’ दुनिया में नहीं देखा : पासवान

पटना : केंद्रीय खाद्य एवं जनवितरण मंत्री रामविलास पासवान ने मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार के ‘संघ मुक्त’ भारत का आह्वान करने और बिहार में पूर्ण शराबबंदी लागू को लेकर देश के अन्य भागों में छेड़े जाने वाले नागरिक अभियान में भाग लेने की घोषणा पर उन पर प्रहार किया और कहा कि उनके जैसा ‘कलाकार’ तो उन्होंने दुनिया में देखा ही नहीं, कलाकारी कोई सीखे तो उनसे सीखे।
यहां रविवार को संवाददाताओं से पासवान ने आरोप लगाया कि कलाकारी कोई सीखे तो नीतीश कुमार से सीखे। उनके जैसा कलाकार दुनिया में नहीं मिलेगा। गजब की बुद्धि है। 17 साल तक भाजपा और आरएसएस के गोद में रहे और अब कहते हैं कि ‘संघ मुक्त’ भारत बनाएंगे और उसके विकल्प में अपने को खडा कर रहे हैं।
पासवान ने कहा कि नीतीश पर अपने और अपनी पार्टी के पिछले दस सालों के शासनकाल के दौरान बिहार में लोगों को शराब पिलाने का आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि अब कह रहे हैं शराबबंदी के बिहार माडल को लेकर पूरे देश में घूमेंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि नीतीश की हालत ‘मोर’ जैसी है। मोर नाचता है तो बहुत नाचता है पर जब वह अपना पेड देखता है तो उसका नाचना बंद हो जाता है।
पासवान ने ताडी को नशा नहीं एक जूस बताते हुए इसके कारोबार पर बिहार की नीतीश कुमार सरकार द्वारा लगायी गयी रोक गलत है, वे कल इसके विरोध में पटना में धरना देंगे।
उन्होंने ताड़ी का व्यवसाय करने वालों अधिकांश गरीब वर्ग के लोग परेशान हैं कि बहुत से लोग आत्महत्या करने को तैयार हैं।

महाकाल वाणिज्य केंद्र स्थित बॉयज होस्टल से विस्फोटक बरामद होने की घटना से मध्यप्रदेश के उज्जैन में आयोजित होने वाले सिंहस्थ महाकुंभ की सुरक्षा पर उठा सवाल अभी ताजा ही था कि उज्जैन शहर में प्रवेश कर रहा विस्फोटक से भरा ट्रक बरामद ने एक बार फिर सिंहस्थ की सुरक्षा पर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। ट्रक में अमोनियम नाइट्रेट भरा है। पुलिस ने ट्रक बरामद कर लिया है। पुलिस जांच कर रही है कि ट्रक कहां से आ रहा था और कहां जा रहा था।

दरअसल मक्सी रोड से विस्फोटक से भरा ट्रक उज्जैन शहरी सीमा में प्रवेश करने से पहले ही दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गया और उज्जैन के पाटपाला में सड़क किनारे स्थित घरों में घुस गया, जिससे चार घर क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए और लोगों की भीड़ जमा हो गई। हालांकि कोई हताहत नहीं हुआ है। 

एसपी के एमएस वर्मा के मुताबिक, ट्रक में अमोनियम नाइट्रेट भरा है जो विस्फोटक की श्रेणी में आता है। मामले की जांच की जा रही है। ट्रक के दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होने से घायल हुए ट्रक ड्राइवर को हिरासत में ले लिया गया है।

नई दिल्ली। जेएनयू स्टूडेंट लीडर कन्हैया कुमार पर आज एक बार फिर हमला किया गया। जेट एयरवेज के प्लेन में चढ़ते वक्त एक शख्स ने कन्हैया का गला दबाने की कोशिश की। हंगामा होते देख उस आदमी को सीआईएसएफ के जवानों ने धर दबोचा। इस शख्स से पुलिस पूछताछ कर रही है। खबरों के मुताबिक इस शख्स का नाम मानस डेका है। मानस भाजपा की नेशनल सेक्योरिटी सेल की सेंट्रल कमेटी का कोऑर्डिनेटर है और टीसीएस में काम भी करता है। भाजपा की आधिकारिक साइट www.bjp.org पर इसका जिक्र है।

कन्हैया का गला दबाने की कोशिश

फेसबुक प्रोफाइल के मुताबिक मानस मूल रूप से गुवाहाटी का रहने वाला है। फिलहाल वह पुणे में रह रहा है। उसने पुणे यूनिवर्सिटी से पढ़ाई की है और टीसीएस में सिस्टम इंजीनियर है। तीन साल पहले साल 2013 में मानस की शादी हुई थी। मानस भाजपा की नेशनल सेक्योरिटी सेल की सेंट्रल कमेटी में दिल्ली और गुवाहाटी का कोऑर्डिनेटर है।

जेट एयरवेज की फ्लाइट से कन्हैया मुंबई से पुणे जा रहे थे और यह फ्लाइट सुबह दस बजे की थी। कन्हैया पर हमला होने के बाद मानस को प्लेन से उतारकर मुंबई पुलिस के हवाले किया गया। वहीं, कन्हैया भी प्लेन से उतर गया। उसने थोड़ी देर बाद ट्विटर पर घटना का विवरण दिया।

कन्हैया ने जेट एयरवेज पर भी निशाना साधा। उसने लिखा, एयरलाइन हमला करने वाले और जिस पर हमला हुआ दोनों के बीच का अंतर भी नहीं समझ सकती। अगर आप शिकायत करें तो आपको प्लेन से उतर जाने के लिए कहा जाएगा। एयरलाइंस के अधिकारियों ने हमलावर के खिलाफ किसी तरह की कार्यवाही नहीं की।

वहीं, जेट एयरवेज़ ने सफाई देते हुए कहा है कि परिचालन सुरक्षा के मद्देनज़र मुबंई से पुणे जाने वाली फ्लाइट में से कुछ यात्रियों को उतार दिया गया है। एयरलाइन की तरफ से आधिकारिक सूचना में कहा गया है कि ‘जेट एयरवेज़ के लिए उसके मेहमानों और क्रू की सुरक्षा सर्वप्रथम है।’

कन्हैया का गला दबाने के मामले में अभी भाजपा की तरह से भी कोई बयान सामने नहीं आया है। हालांकि मानस डेका के फेसबुक एकाउंट तक लोगों ने पहुंच बना ली है। कुछ लोग मानस डेका की तारीफ कर रहे हैं तो कुछ लोग उसका विरोध।

पिछले महीने दो बाइक सवारों ने हैदराबाद यूनिवर्सिटी से लौटते समय कन्हैया पर हमला करने की कोशिश की थी। कन्हैया पर देशद्रोह का मुकदमा चल रहा है। हालांकि कोर्ट की ओर से मिली अंतरिम जमानत पर वह छह महीने के लिए जेल से बाहर है। कन्हैया पर जेएनयू में देशद्रोही नारे लगाने का आरोप है।
